I was ATTEMPTING to have a conversation with my husband at dinner time. I know, I know. Craziness, when there are three small children with us at the table. Anyways. We were talking about Minnesota, and this is how the dialogue went:
Mom: "Well, I'd certainly like to go back before fall. The Dead Sea Scrolls are there until October, maybe we can go see them still."
Quinn: "MOM! WHY do you want to see Dead SQUIRRELS??????"
Oh goodness. The conversation plummeted from there, with Dad suggesting Dead Squirrels (stuffed with blueberries) for their camping trip this weekend. It went on and on and on. How tasty Dead Squirrels are ("dem is good eatin' ").
And really, I was just want to see some ancient Biblical texts.
