On the way to the school's Open House tonight....
Quinn:  "Well, Mom, you're about to see our place of torture."
Mom: "Quinn, you have a bad attitude.  School is not torture, and I don't like to hear you talking about education like that."
Quinn: "Mom, please.  'Torture' is how you say 'school' in Latin."

Such a smart boy.
