Holy Growth Spurt, Batman!!!

Quinn and Colby have both had size 6 men's shoes since the beginning of the school year.  When Quinn's shoes disintegrated in January, I replaced them with another size 6.  When Colby's disintegrated in March, I replaced them with a size 7... to give him some extra room.  The soccer shoes I bought them last month where a men's size 8.  And they both complain that they're too SMALL.  Today, I had them both measured.  Quinn is a 9.5 and Colby is a 9.  HELLO!!!  To accommodate the rate of foot expansion, I bought a half size up for both boys... so a 10 and a 9.5.  HOLY COW.  That's FOUR SIZES in one school year!!  and THREE SIZES in the last three months!!  What the heck???
